Which Dog? consultations are booked as dedicated one-to-one appointments.
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
This policy exists to protect dedicated consultation time and ensure availability for other clients.

If you arrive late, the consultation may still need to end at the originally scheduled time to avoid disruption to other appointments.
Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
